This policy explains how Veyra processes personal data. The service is part of the Brandista product portfolio.

Data we process

• Email address and name for sign-in
• Profile data: goal, level, body metrics and step goal
• Workout logs, step counts and weekly training plans
• Coach conversations and the facts and limitations derived from them
• Technical logs used to keep the service reliable and secure

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to provide the service (contract) and to improve it (legitimate interest). Data is used only inside Veyra. We do not sell it or share it for advertising purposes.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Profile - Delete account, or request deletion by email.

Recipients and transfers

Data is processed with the following providers: Railway (EU server hosting) and OpenAI (AI coach responses, USA, under GDPR-aligned data processing terms). We send only the data needed for the requested feature.

• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing or request restriction
• Lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman
